**About the Role**

As a Destination Expert, you'll design unforgettable itineraries that showcase diverse landscapes, wildlife, and cultures. You will:

- Provide outstanding sales and service support in a fast-paced contact centre.
- Organise flights, tours, accommodation, and experiences from start to finish.
- Stay up to date with destinations, systems, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with travel agents and guests to craft bespoke journeys.
- Gather and share customer feedback to enhance our services.

**About You**

Your passion for these diverse destinations and your ability to bring them to life will make you a perfect fit. You will also:

- Possess (or be eager to learn) in-depth knowledge of South America, the Nordics, North America, Africa, and Asia.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Have customer service experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
