**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our European expansion by managing German influencer relationships, sourcing compelling UGC, and supporting a range of content initiatives. From overseeing German translations and localising content to spearheading PR opportunities and optimising EU Amazon marketing, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure our brands resonate across diverse channels.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- **UGC, Influencer & Partnership Management**: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and strategic partners across Europe to boost brand engagement and authenticity.
- **German Translation & Content Localisation**: Translate and adapt content to effectively engage German-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- **German Social Media Insights**:Proactively seek out and identify organic social media opportunities within the German market. This includes trend analysis, competitor monitoring, and identifying relevant conversations for potential engagement.
- **PR Opportunities**: Scout and secure PR opportunities, manage media contacts, and support the creation and distribution of press releases to amplify our brand voice.
- **EU Amazon Marketing**: Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop and optimise compelling content for EU Amazon campaigns, ensuring strategic visibility and conversion.
- **German Blog Content**: Develop, write, and refine English blog posts into German that will drive organic traffic and enhance audience engagement.
- **Performance Marketing Support**: Work closely with our digital marketing team to create and supply content assets that elevate campaign performance across Europe.
**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in digital content creation, social media, influencer marketing, or related fields with a focus on the European market.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing UGC, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent command of both German and English, with proven experience in translation and content localisation.
- Solid understanding of PR processes and a track record of securing media opportunities.
- Experience with EU Amazon marketing strategies and a strong grasp of eCommerce
- dynamics.
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques, content optimization, and analytics.
