**The Role**

This role is responsible for performing the accounts payable function in a timely manner by processing all Adventure World’s supplier invoices with the focus on creditor management and investigation into disputed invoices. You will be required to liaise with the wider Finance team as well as suppliers to ensure efficient outcomes are achieved - **Training provided**.

Key responsibilities:

- Check accuracy and process invoices
- Input and code invoices into Calypso
- Investigate and process refund requests
- Assist with scheduling pay runs
- Be the first point of contact for creditors and follow up invoice payments/queries
- Perform reconciliations
- Support the end of month process by providing documentation for month end journals

**We’d love to talk to you if you have**:

- Basic accounting knowledge - experience in Accounts Payable is desirable
- Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details to process financial records with a high level of accuracy and excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of the Calypso Travel System would be highly desired
