At BDC Partners, we partner with franchisors and retailers to assist with their growth plans. This includes sourcing prospective franchisees (lead gen), identifying the right business locations and providing legal advice essentially we remove the biggest headaches for Australia’s retailers and franchisors.

We are seeking a high caliber individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the CEO of BDC Recruitment, and working closely with our Head of Marketing, you will provide support for a diverse range of digital marketing activities.

**The role**

The key focus for this role is to work closely with the Franchise Recruitment team to optimise lead generation and increase franchise sales on behalf of our franchisor clients. You will also assist in building market awareness for each of the other business divisions within BDC Partners.

Key to your success in this role will be your experience in:

- Planning and execution of tactical marketing campaigns
- Lead generation utilising paid media, social media, and SEO
- Brand building through content marketing (blog posts, ebooks, social media posts, video, audio, etc)
- Marketing Automation, lead scoring, attribution and nurturing (Hubspot)
- Performance monitoring and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders

With a gift for writing and communicating in a simple and interesting way, your well-developed interpersonal skills enable you to engage with people in an authentic and friendly manner, working with senior stakeholders to uncover valuable insights that inform, educate and delight our target audience. You will understand how to purpose pillar content for distribution across multiple channels, building awareness, trust and reputation for the BDC brand.

You have 2-3 years experience in a similar role and can demonstrate lead gen success leveraging SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and both organic and paid campaigns on social networks including FB, Instagram and LinkedIn. You are at home using Hubspot for marketing automation and can show detailed understanding of both inbound and outbound techniques. You are data-led, and understand how to test marketing initiatives for effectiveness before launch. Some graphic design experience will be an advantage.
