**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage client/supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact where you will be managing expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data, UX, social & PR, buyers and more, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with clients to define their digital marketing objectives and KPIs and track progress towards those goals, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Manage performance metrics to ensure suppliers deliver the expected results.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to improve their web presence, increase traffic and leads, and achieve better ROI from their digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools, and share insights with the team to continuously improve this companies services.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of paid media across Google, Meta, Display and other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta, DV360, SA360.
- Experience managing supplier/client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing performance metrics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive results for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital marketing fits into broader business objectives.
- Must have excellent skills in building Friendly and bubbly
- Experience working in or with an E-Commerce environment/clients (highly favourable)

**Salary**: Up to $90,000.00 per year
