**Role Description**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the development, implementation, and analysis of our marketing strategies. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
- Manage and coordinate advertising, branding, and communication activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and market impact
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions
- Recommend and implement strategies for product positioning, pricing, and market penetration

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong understanding of marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and content creation is highly desirable

**Salary Range**:$70,000 - $90,000 + super
- **Work Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
