What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional seeking to re-enter the workforce on a part-time basis or someone looking to scale back their hours in favor of greater flexibility.

You will have a combination of business acumen, a passion for approaching new businesses or tapping into an existing network, and a proven ability to close…

You must have a terrific track record that shows you know how to talk to people and importantly your business acumen ensures you are comfortable talking to the CEO of a national retailer and an owner operator.

We are really looking for someone with a broad perspective, commercial acumen and a drive to succeed. You'll be looking to get in the room with any business regardless of size and industry – simply be able to engage and talk business.

ZIB Digital is growing 200% per annum and this pace will continue so it is a fast-paced environment with the highest standards you will find. We want someone who can contribute to this journey as a thinker, mover and shaker and be a key part of our sales team.

What is the focus of the role?

The focus in the role is quite simple, but hugely rewarding if performed well. You will be responsible for creating opportunities to secure new business for ZIB by reaching out to potential clients or leveraging your existing network. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Prospecting
  • Networking
  • Pipeline generation
  • Appointment setting
  • Helping win new business
  • Train and develop digital marketing knowledge

What skills do you need?

  • 5+ years working experience in outbound sales
  • Highly driven, have the ability to multitask with an attention to detail
  • Commercially savvy - Digital marketing knowledge preferred

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Love the hunt, enjoy meeting new people

Where in the world would you be based?

This role is located at ZIB AU head office in Melbourne, reporting to the Zib franchise owner.
