We’re looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to join our team and bring our brand to life through strategic campaigns, digital content, and creative storytelling.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external agencies to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Work closely with the operations team to support venue promotions, events, and activations.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

**About You**
- Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- 3+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging brand messaging.
- Passion for hospitality and an understanding of Melbourne’s dining scene.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.
