We are seeking an energetic, motivated, confident, and outgoing Events and Activations Coordinator, on a full-time permanent basis, to play a key role in delivering event and experiential projects at Think HQ, with a specific focus on digital/hybrid event solutions.

This is a role that supports the implementation of inspiring, effective, and high-quality events from conception through to completion. All the while guaranteeing that the client brief and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:
This role encompasses all aspects of event management, with a particular focus on hybrid/digital events. This includes, project planning and delivery, client relations, support of internal initiatives and events, and the maintenance of high quality work. The Events and Activations Coordinator will work in the PR, Content and Events team.

**Some of the duties for this role include**:

- Manage the implementation of a portfolio of accounts
- Manage the implementation of pre-agreed activity on client accounts/projects
- Implement and deliver the production of effective and high-quality materials to ensure the delivery of exceptional events and activations
- Build relationships with existing and new clients on a day-to-day level
- Provide counsel to clients to aid their events, PR and wider marketing campaigns and update them on project progress
- Negotiate with clients and manage/respond to client issues and enquiries (eg. budgets, timelines and deliverables)
- Recognise, work through, and resolve problems
- Contribute to brainstorming and strategy development on new and secured projects
- Develop clear and concise implementation plans for new project briefs, which include appropriate recommendations for engaging Australia’s diverse population (including but not limited to multicultural and First Nations audiences)
- Monitor and manage project budgets for portfolio of projects, including briefing team members on project budgets from the outset
- Manage client documentation, including the preparation of relevant WIP documents, final campaign materials, and evaluation reports.

**About you**
- You have tertiary qualifications OR one to three years of experience in a similar role - ideally you have experience supporting the delivery of digital / virtual and in-person events (planning and implementation - end to end)
- You have strong project management skills, with experience managing several projects at once
- You are a natural problem solver, with the ability to to think outside the box and make critical decisions, in real time
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail
- You have the ability to work well under pressure and within a team
- You are well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic, with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You are open to travelling and managing events both locally and interstate.
