We are excited to be delivering the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of a 250 MW Battery Energy Storage System as part of their Energy Hub, located approximately 50 km north of Adelaide.

The Role
As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Reeves Plains Project team, whilst co-ordinating the day-to-day administrative duties to achieve the Genus business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilisation management of workforce, liaising with the Recruitment and HR team, including booking pre-employment medicals, Ordering PPE.
- All other onboarding officer requirements as outlined by the Genus Recruitment, Onboarding, and Induction Procedures.
- Be first point of contact for Project Field Team Members for administrative tasks and queries.
- Maintain Project roster and ensure all employees are completing daily timesheets as required by the Payroll team.
- Prepare and collate data for daily force reporting as per Client requirements.
- Provide weekly & monthly statistics to Project Manager for Reports.
- Update all project registers – plant equipment, electrical tagging, gearbox services, training matrix.
- Book client/subcontractor inductions and providing all relevant induction information (tickets, licences etc.).
- Update material delivery register for the Supervision team on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate any machinery breakdown with the Genus Service/Fleet department.
- Assist Project Manager with collation of information required for monthly claims
- Request for Quotation submission to suppliers.
- Purchase order management through Business Central and Material Requisition Management.
Skills and Experience Required
- Qualification in Business/Project Administration/Office Management.
- 3 Years' experience in Project Administration.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Valid Driver's Licence – "C" Class
- Construction Industry White Card
- High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
- Experience with diary and travel management.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
