About the role
- Work collaboratively and in partnership with stakeholders such as Members, Vendors,, Contractors and Staff and other areas of the business to build effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency in service delivery, including maintenance of registers and office equipment and support during emergency events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to have open and clear communication
- Experience in task coordination and distribution of duties to the team
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective senior team member and coordinate resources to meet operational demand.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a regulatory and multi-function team environment.
- Aptitude to negotiate, advise, liaise and gain cooperation from colleagues, Contractors and Vendors
- Well-developed administrative skills and the ability to work in a semiautonomous environment.
- Ability to develop high level of trust and initiative with the manager to work independently to establish priorities.
- Ability to handle change initiatives to improve quality and service delivery.
- Skills to analyse and understand a range data and administration and management.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office range; in particular Word, Excel & Outlook and utilising all the functions to manage day-to-day work.
- Provide support as required to the regional and functional management teams and your team members.
- Being able to conduct activities to procure minor goods and services, primarily corporate card purchases.
- Ability deliver excellent customer service
