NTT is looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join our team on a permanent position.

This resource is accountable for providing full support on sales processes, tools, methods and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives. They will have functional ownership of the the support functions for NTT's e-Procurement system within Australia.

**Working at NTT**

Your key roles and responsibilities:

- Be an escalation point for operational issues and a central point of contact for business related issues
- Manage configuration and maintenance requests within NTT's e-Procurement system
- Troubleshoot issues that arise within key systems and diagnose recurring instances in depth
- Liaise with Sales and Vendors and maintain customer customised catalogues, pricing within e-Procurement system
- Generate periodic pricing reports for Sales Support and/or management
- Develop and periodically review and maintain documentation i.e. process flows, procedures, work instructions, training manuals
- Provide training to users on systems and processes as needed
- Assist with the establishment of sales fulfilment processes and makes recommendations for sales operations enhancement.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, working closely with Business Analyst team and/or management to inspect sales process quality and prioritise opportunities for improvement.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

**Experience required**:

- Applications support experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with quote tools, SAP and SalesForce is an advantage

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**
- Detail oriented and organised
- Have the ability to work in a high paced environment
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel
- Must be service oriented and have a positive attitude
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies is an advantage

**Academic qualifications and certifications**:

- Tertiary level - Bachelors Degree or equivalent
