**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Troubleshooting production incidents.
- Create & enhance support documents and Set-up document templates
- Your role is multi faceted and you will help replicate customer environments to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- This role also requires basic database skills and technical capabilities.

**About you**:

- You will be comfortable acting as the face of the company, liaising with customers (in a technical support capacity).
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential coupled with strong stakeholder management experience.
- You have a background within a similar Technical Support / Application support role.
- You have a sound understanding of what it takes to make customers happy.
- You are a strong multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
