Position: JUNIOR APPLICATION ANALYST
Salary range: From $65,000.00 plus superannuation

The responsibilities and duties are as follows:
**Application Support and Maintenance**

**User Training and Documentation**:

- Develop user documentation and training materials, including user guides and FAQs.

**Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.

**Application Integration**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement data interfaces and APIs.

**Change Management and Release Coordination**:

- Ensure proper testing and documentation of changes before deploying them into production environments.

**Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and optimizations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Customer Service orientation (intermediate), asks questions and conducts investigation to understand clients’ specific needs
- Process orientation, shares and helps others understand existing processes, how they work and their overall importance to the organisation

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
