**ROLE**

The Junior Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Category team across all portfolio brands. This will include sourcing, collating, and reporting required category, trade and shopper market insights, along with all other ad hoc admin as required.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
- You will become an expert in marketing information sources such as IRI and Quantium and internal platforms
- Manage the breakdown and communication of requested information to support brand strategy, sales and new product development processes
- Monitor and assist with sales team requirements such as training presentations and trade collateral
- Provide competitor analysis, channel and category, and customer insights for ongoing business strategy decisions
- Keep sales inventory and stock information updated and assist with automated reporting metrics

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1 year experience (can be internship) in a category assistant, analyst/ insights position or a highly data driven sales support role
- Working across a few brands you must be able to juggle tasks and take working to deadlines in your stride
- Collaborative team member who works well with multiple internal functions
- Ideally experience in the Consumer, Retail or FMCG industry but most of all
- interested and willing to learn
