Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our Technology department on a Permanent basis. The role will be based at our Sydney office, mainly office based.

**Scope of role**:

- Collaborate with the Technology Team to deliver top-notch technical support across Merlin locations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to uphold operational excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and Merlin Technology.
- Offer support to other attractions and offices as needed.

**Key Objectives**:

- Resolve IT incidents, problems, and requests promptly and in line with SLAs using ServiceNow.
- Represent Merlin Technology, delivering superior technology services to all staff.
- Collaborate with IT Support Teams and the Service Delivery Manager to enhance IT services.
- Advocate for service improvement to elevate quality and user satisfaction.
- Take ownership of system and service provision to customers.
- Ensure compliance with OLAs/SLAs across IT services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience within the Tech sector
- Good knowledge of operating systems
- First Line Support
- Escalation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to articulate technical situations in a clear manner
- Attention to detail
- Able to travel when required
- Able to work outside of normal working hours when required
