We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but we install, service, and maintain cutting-edge stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.

Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking for a Customer Support and Warehouse Coordinator to support our machinery division.

**About You**
- Interacting with others is where you get your energy. Whether it's helping customers or collaborating with other members of your team, you love to taking the time to help others and work together towards solving a problem.
- Whilst most of your experience might have been customer facing, you have an interest in more back-end tasks such as stocktakes and inventory control. Because of this, you are looking for a role that combines both of these interests.
- You may not know much about industrial machinery, and that’s OK. You’re someone who enjoys learning new things and is always seeking feedback from your manager on how you can improve your skills.
- Finally, your good nature and empathetic approach mean that you can get along with just about anyone.

**About the Role**

As a key person within the Service and Machinery Division, you will work closely with other members of the team by:

- Coordinating with the internal team and suppliers to ensure parts are available when required across multiple interstate warehouses
- Completing cycle counts and stock takes within the warehouse and ensuring that reconciliations are complete for stock takes.
- Learning about specific parts through discussions with suppliers and independent research with support from our technicians
- Identifying new local and international suppliers for parts
- Assist with the despatch process by picking and packing machine parts and using the forklift to load products onto couriers (if you don’t have a forklift license, we will help you get one
- Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy and OH&S standards, policies and procedures are being adhered to.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Customer service experience
- An interest in learning about technical products.
