Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking to train and develop our next Customer Support and Warehouse Coordinator to support our machinery division.

**About You**
- From your time in warehousing you may have experience storing and locating stock, performing cycle counts or operating a forklift. Because you enjoy interacting with others, you are looking for a role that combines warehousing with customer support.
- Not only are you customer-focused, but you also enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team. You're always happy to lend a helping hand to others and value clear communication so everyone is kept in the loop.
- You have always been interested in technical products, whether that be the tools in the shed, the car in the garage or the computer at home. In your previous roles, you have always enjoyed being that person that customers can rely on to get all their advice and you have always been able to pair the right products to match their needs.

**About the Role**

As a key person within the Service and Machinery Division, you will work closely with the warehousing and purchasing team by:

- Completing cycle counts and stock takes within the warehouse and ensuring that reconciliations are complete for stock takes.
- Assist with the despatch process by picking and packing machine parts and using the forklift to load products onto couriers (if you don’t have a forklift license, we will help you get one)
- Working in collaboration with the Purchasing Coordinator, updating them on outgoing stock and future requirements to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy and OH&S standards, policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Dispatching orders to customers
