  • Conducting post-closure check-ins to confirm sustained pre-injury employment.
  • Assisting both workers and managers in meeting their RTW obligations.
  • Building strong relationships with injured workers, managers, treating practitioners, and insurers.
  • Reporting regularly on claims performance to the Team Lead and WHS Manager.
  • Analysing claims and incident data to identify trends, safety issues, and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations for action.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a combination of technical knowledge and practical experience, including:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, WHS, or a related field OR significant experience in Return-to-Work coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Completion of an RTW Coordinator course.
  • Strong knowledge of Accident Compensation Legislation.

  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a high level of comfort using digital platforms and online systems.

Personal Attributes

We're looking for someone who brings the right mix of professionalism, empathy, and drive. You'll stand out if you are:

  • A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and proactive.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and balancing multiple tasks at once.
