This exciting position will see you completing the following tasks:

- Provide overall Leadership and Management to all site staff
- Ensuring rosters and leave are managed to always provide adequate staff and Trade coverage
- Respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses to achieve contractual KPI obligations
- Develop scopes of work and S&Q proposals to meet client expectations
- Manage maintenance planning and associated data entry into computer system to ensure accurate recording of asset maintenance information
- Ensure site-specific monthly reporting requirements are met in support of Monthly Contract reports
- Engage, direct, and monitor sub-contractors as required to meet the needs of the contract
- Maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure an accurate asset register of all plant and equipment, scheduling of preventative maintenance activities, recording corrective works and cost history
- Maintain an accurate inventory of general maintenance consumable stock and spares to meet scheduled maintenance demands
- Undertake periodic equipment inspections to determine asset condition as part of overall contract support functions
- Carry out/assist with general site maintenance activities as required
- Monitor all outstanding works and ensure suitable follow up action is taken to achieve completion. Provide feedback to Account Manager when required for overdue works
- Provide recommendations for the service and maintenance of assets
- Other duties and work as may be required to support contract deliverables
- Manage local investigations into any reported near miss, hazard or incident
- Ensure suitable actions are implemented to address any corrective actions resulting from unsafe work practices, near misses or incidents

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to being successful - you will need to have a proven track record of working within a similar position and or hold the following:

- Trade Certificate - desirable BUT not essential - ie: Electrician, Plumber, Refrigeration Mechanic, Carpenter etc
- FIFO Experience
- Maintenance Planning
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous Management or Supervisory experience
- Australian Citizen as per clients’ requirements
- Willing to provide or obtain a current Police clearance

**What you'll get in return**

- Annual salary ranging from $110,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation

- 12 hours per shift

- Travel days are paid
- Roster: 15 on, 13 off
- Annual leave of 30 days per year
- 10 days sick leave per year
- Monthly pay
