**About the opportunity**
Day to day this role will:
- Manage the delivery, receipt, and stocktake of all exam materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize exam materials for external venues, overseeing the despatch and return processes.
- Prepare materials for invigilators onsite, ensuring all necessary administration documentation is provided.
- Order and supply equipment required for exam delivery, such as tables, chairs, flipcharts, and technology.
- Coordinate the movement of tables, chairs, and other equipment, as well as set up large external venues.
- Engage external stakeholders (e.g. removalists, furniture and equipment hire companies, venue liaisons) to facilitate smooth external exam delivery.
- Manage commercial relationships with external vendors involved in logistics and facilities management.
- Drive the digitisation of exam processes, transitioning from paper-based to digital formats where applicable.
- Document, regularly review, and update logistics processes and procedures in accordance with best practices, with a specific focus on digitisation and automation.
- Develop floor plans using AutoCAD for exams at the company's exam center and external venues, considering specific exam conditions and customer specifications.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management of the company's exam center, implementing digital facilities management tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations across the logistics team's processes and practices.
Due to the logístical nature of this role, this role will be based mainly out of the team's headquarters near Ultimo, with regular travel to other exam locations. However we operate under a flexible workplace culture, and therefore where it's possible work from home on admin days is an option.
**About you**
Key requirements include:
- Event management experience
- Floor plan design experience e.g. AutoCad
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Reasonable fitness (able to lift and move furniture and exam materials)
