Six month fixed-term contract opportunity for a Facilities Officer in Brisbane earning an attractive salary.
**Your new company**
Client is a major NFP and NDIS provider with offices across the eastern seaboard. As result of expansion they are looking to engage a Facilities Officer to play a key role in the national Facilities team
**Your new role**
Based in Brisbane, the Facilities Officer is responsible in delivering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties across SEQ with some potential travel to other areas. The role is responsible for delivering and coordinating efficient services to the portfolio assisting with reporting, budgeting, coordinating vendors, developing strong relationships with landlords and the hard / soft service subcontractors and others in the management team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position you will require: Excellent time management, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail, highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, relevant certificate qualifications or equivalent of 6 years’ experience in maintenance and services delivery within a large property portfolio, sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology and a current Australian driver’s license.
**What you'll get in return**
Client is offering salary of 84k plus super and vehicle. The role is initially a 6 month fixed term engagement. The role is also a unique opportunity to work for a NFP that genuinely improves the lives of the disadvantaged in society
