We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team as a Facilities Coordinator on a busy industrial portfolio on behalf of one of CBRE’s major strategic clients.

Are you looking for a career change? Start your career in facilities As the Facilities Coordinator you will provide a high-level support to the Facilities Management team responsible for the facility management services for this industrial asset.

**About the role**:

- Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the commercial portfolio
- Co-coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions
- Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing
- Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
- Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role
- Sound working knowledge all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
- Contractor management experience within an industrial asset environment highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
- Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
