This is an opportunity to work in an organisation with a unique position in healthcare research to provide seamless, as a Customer Success Manager you will focus on a portfolio of small to large sized consumer health and FMCG companies with an established IQVIA subscription.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery development of new data offerings and consultancy projects from early development phase through to successful launch
- Assists in selling IQVIA products and services within allocated accounts to achieve assigned revenue goal
- Work closely with the client service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics and needs of client
- Identifies new business opportunities of follow-on work and new leads at assigned client
- Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
- Develops strong relationships with senior managers and decision makers
- Monitor’s client satisfaction to maintain core revenue
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Economics, Life Sciences, ICT or related fields
- Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development, Consultancy and Account Management
- Confident and comfortable working independently with mínimal support
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the FMCG and consumer health industries
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and is effective in a variety of presentation settings
- Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, Q Professional
