- Very exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian Designer Label, to drive online trading, performance marketing and digital activity, as their eCommerce Manager.**The Role**:
You will be responsible for driving online activity and growth, for an immensely successful Fashion & Apparel brand, working directly with the Senior Leadership Team. You will have a great involvement in strategic planning, driving the CRO strategy and activity across all digital channels, optimising the online experience with the upmost customer centricity.**Essential Skills**:

- Extensive experience of trading eCommerce platforms and driving online performance
- Strong background with managing, developing & delivering end to end CRO strategies
- Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end platform operations and managing a major CMS
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience in exceeding online growth targets
- A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally across Digital, Technology, Marketing & Creative
- Previous experience within the Retail, Fashion & Apparel sectors, would be very highly regarded
