The Brand |

Our client is an internationally renowned leading health and beauty brand with a range of products that focus on beauty from within. With an engaged and driven team that live and breath their ethos they are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join their team on a parental leave contract (12 months)

The Role |

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Ecommerce Manager to continue driving the brand strategy online, increasing awareness and sales. You will develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue across global markets. You will be responsible for managing eCommerce sites from end to end, championing the customer journey and spearheading the digital marketing efforts to foster growth and engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of online marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce technologies. **_The role is a 12-month maternity leave contract._**
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve revenue targets in alignment with marketing calendar.
- Translate data and analytics into actionable insights to drive sales and support other business functions.
- Manage the overall online presence of the company, including website content, product listings and promotions.
- Lead with passion and purpose, inspiring and developing eCommerce and customer care.
- Review sales daily / weekly / by promotion to agree future activity and track sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights.

The Skillset |
- Proven experience in developing eCommerce strategies and driving revenue growth, ideally within the wellness, beauty or premium industries.
- 5 year’s experience in a senior Ecommerce role.
- Expertise in managing digital platforms and CRM systems (specifically Shopify and Klaviyo)
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on optimising user experience and increasing conversions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
