**The Brand |**

As the Ecommerce Manager, you are responsible for managing a high performing Ecommerce website, ensuring you are driving traffic to the website as well as staying up to date with online trends.

Working for a Sydney-based women’s ready-to-wear label, synonymous with strong femininity, superior craftsmanship, and luxury sensibilities.

Launching in 2017, the brand is shaped by the duality of the past and present, with all collections evoking a sense of ‘modernistic nostalgia’ - an aesthetic that has come to define its seasonal sartorial offering.

**The Role |**
- Set strategies and initiatives to increase traffic and conversion rates across website, including ongoing maintenance and development.
- Oversee front-end content management & merchandising of website to deliver best practice customer experience.
- Complete weekly + monthly reporting for all ecommerce metrics, relating back to budgets and performance.
- Reporting analytically regularly on the Objectives & Key Results delivered by Head of Marketing, suggesting new goals and targets quarterly.
- Analyse and provide insights on site traffic and key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, online dashboards, and relevant business tools.
- Oversee the Ecommerce Budget, reporting to the Head of Marketing monthly on spend vs budget activity.
- Lead Ecommerce strategy within the business to constantly improve the customer experience increase conversion, reduce bounce rate and cart abandonment.
- Managing Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant ensuring best possible customer experience for LEO LIN business and customer base

**The Skillset |**
- 3+ years working in Ecommerce in the retail indsutry
- Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.
- Works collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to develop and execute ecommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
