A varied, holistic role across Digital, reporting to the Head of Marketing to trade the eCommerce platform, drive online growth and brand presence.
- You will have huge involvement in driving the promotional plan, content calendar & take ownership of online performance.
- You will be both creative & data-driven, as well as a great people-person and able to work in a very collaborative team, cross-functionally across the business.**Essential Skills**:

- Extensive experience of trading eCommerce platforms and driving online performance
- Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end platform operations and managing a major CMS
- A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- A strong background in promotional planning & content
- A genuine passion for the Beauty industry and an interest in product innovation
- Knowledge of Social Marketing, both Paid & Organic, would be super advantageous
- Previous experience with managing external Digital agency relations
- A creative flare, as well as a data driven approach
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work confidently under pressure
