eCommerce Trade Manager
- Onsite Sydney Based
- Drive Sales

Our client is looking for an eCommerce Trade Manager to take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation.

This is a hands on role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and manage the eCommerce budget, forecasting sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the eCommerce site and increase conversions.
- Ensure the eCommerce platform is optimized for performance, usability, and search engine visibility.
- Ensure the eCommerce site accurately reflects brand and product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure eCommerce initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor eCommerce industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.

**Key Skills**
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and online marketing strategies.
- Experience managing a team of eCommerce professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Passion for eCommerce and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

This role is based in Sydney and is onsite.
