**The Role**:
As the eCommerce Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to define the eCommerce strategy. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing ideas across three websites, resulting in a seamless customer experience and business growth.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce channels, optimising each website to attract the core customers of each region.
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to set the eCommerce calendar.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, actively analyse customer behaviour and website performance.
- Be able to manage, develop and mentor a team.
- Work closely with web developer, providing briefs for technical projects and reviewing and testing updates prior to launch.
- Creative, with a growth mindset and able to think outside the box.
- You love design and interiors, and the fast-paced world of eCommerce.
