We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a Recruitment Specialist at FAIR Consulting Group, you will join a fun and professional team and partner with the leadership team to source the best talent in the market.

This is a permanent full-time position.

**About you**

- Thrive in fast-paced environments Enjoy coaching/guiding hiring managers through the talent acquisition process
Experienced and interested in mentoring/leading an offshore team**Your new role**
- Attract and engage the best available talent in the market
- End to end hands-on recruitment
- Led a team of four recruiters based in our offshore office
- Work from home is optional; we encourage 2 - 3 days working from our office close to Southern Cross station

**You have**
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar recruitment role
- Proficient skills in using talent attraction tools (LinkedIn recruiter)
- The ability to work independently, organised and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT consulting industry experience is highly regarded
