About the Opportunity
As a 
Recruitment Consultant
 in 
Education
, you'll act as a strategic partner to educational organisations – delivering tailored workforce solutions across both permanent and temporary staffing, from proactive sourcing through to successful appointments.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Build & Nurture Client Relationships:
     develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision makers that delivers long-term value and tailored recruitment solutions
  • Engage Your Market:
     actively identify, attract and connect with top talent and education providers across this sector
  • Deliver Outcomes:
     manage end to end recruitment processes, ensuring the successful placement of both temporary and permanent staff
  • Contribute to Strategic Direction:
     collaborate with our team of specialists to shape and drive outcomes across our business
