A new opportunity exists for a capable and competent Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team Nationally.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and driven recruiter to join a dynamic team of professionals. You will assist in identifying current and future hiring needs and provide end to end recruitment capabilities.

The ideal person for the job will be a proactive team player with strong attention to detail and amazing people skills. You will have previous experience working in recruitment, solid administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability work with a collaborative approach.

**The Role**

**Primarily you will assume the following tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive and professional in-house recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Database Management
- Manage Talent acquisition projects
- Strengthen the company's brand
- Bring best practice and continuous improvement strategies to the business

**About You**:

- Experience in a Recruitment position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- You are a proactive self-starter with initiative
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- Cultural alignment - Care & Empathy, Customer Service, and Diversity, Inclusion & Equality
