We support flexible work arrangements with our team currently working three days each week at the support centre.**The Role**Managing and owning your own portfolio, you will also collaborate with the broader recruitment team on larger campaigns and recruitment projects. The position is focused on end-to-end recruitment delivery; providing exceptional consulting and advisory support to your hiring managers, sharing your knowledge and guidance. You will also provide exceptional candidate care to all applicants throughout the recruitment process and have a creative mindset to attract active and passive candidates in a competitive market.As part of our awesome team, you will also drive consistency in the use of policy, process and systems utilisation and ensure compliance with internal practices.We are looking for someone who gets energised from seeking to identify opportunities for process, tech and service improvement, taking initiative and driving the required changes to ensure we are always at our best.**Your background*** You have experience working in a high volume and/or corporate recruitment environment* You are genuinely excited and driven by the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast paced workplace and enjoy being part of a team* You are passionate about forming strong working relationships and use your attention to detail, customer service and sense of urgency to inspire trust and confidence in your actions and capabilities.* Your stakeholders will regard you highly because of your diligence and conscientious focus on service delivery both internally and to the external candidate market.Reece is a place where people make a real difference.
