Due to our global expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team working remotely on a flexible full-time or part-time basis.

**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- ** Own and manage** day-to-day operations of the Recruitment marketing and advertising for a range of international roles
- Flexing your creative flair to develop branding, role positioning, and social and proactive talent pooling style activities.
- Develop and implement measures that help be the best out there
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- continually seek and implement improvements to drive efficiencies and better ways of working
- Database Management - updating our LM Database and social media pages
- **Manage** your own deadlines and make executive decisions

**About You**

As our newest Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous (Min 5 - 10 years' experience required)
- Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for Education
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
