Business Systems Team Leader - Permanent - Up to $130k + super - Western Sydney
Your new organisation:
A multi-national machinery distribution company requires a team leader to work on their existing ERP platform. The platform is responsible for tracking assets, vehicle leasing and is essential for the day-to-day running of the business, and you will be leading the team of 3 who oversee and maintain this system.

Your new role:
Day-to-day duties include delivering on BAU requirements of the ERP (BasePlan) as well as building and providing reports on PowerBI, as well as overseeing the other team members.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Proven experience in business process improvement and digitalisation (across various systems, ERP, CRM, other systems, paper based)
- Solid ‘SQL DBA’ skillset, able to perform DBA functions and processes, SQL Admin, DB Support
- Strong technical capabilities in ERP Systems, SQL, Reporting/BI, PowerBI, CRM and various development areas
- PowerBI & data reporting abilities to work with business teams to come up with reporting requirements, then be able to design and deliver
- High level of business acumen and awareness.
- Ability to understand the business workflows, pain-points and pull together a plan for improvement(s)
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills across IT, business departments and snr management
- Application vendor management experience

- Spoken Mandarin for liaison with the offshore development team
