Join Our Team as a Freezer/Chiller Team Leader

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the Food & Beverage Industry? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our warehouse team in the Penrith Region, NSW. As the Freezer/Chiller Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing our Chilled and Frozen inventory, ensuring quality control, stock rotation, and compliance with food safety guidelines.

**Your new role**- Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm- Lead and manage the Freezer and Chiller Receiving Team, providing guidance and support.- Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the receiving process for frozen and chilled products.- Oversee the receipt of frozen and chiller products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve any quality-related concerns.- Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues and maintain quality control.- Develop and enforce safety protocols for the receiving team.- Provide training to team members on proper receiving procedures and safety guidelines.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage Industry.- In-depth knowledge of frozen storage and chiller systems.- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Forklift licence and high reach experience.
