We are looking for an experienced, hands on Leader to join our NSW team in this combined role of working with our Self Employment Assistance Coaches/Mentors and budding entrepreneurs to transform their business ideas into reality, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to change people’s lives

This full time role would be based across Sydney South West and Sydney Greater West with some travel to our other locations within Illawarra South Coast region.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide support to the National SEA Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of the NSW team
- Manage, support and train team members within the SEA team
- Mentoring and developing participants to achieve successful small business outcomes.
- Coordinating and conducting training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business with selected applicants.
- Assisting with the development of business plans and financial tables.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Previous experience leading a team and achieving individual and team KPI’S
- A strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability (previous experience running your own business)
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate the participants in this program
- Experience in data analysis and business plans.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable
- Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 - desirable
