The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to join our great team in our Silverwater Warehouse. You will be responsible for the unpacking and receiving of Incoming goods, including putting away on pallet racking. Accurately Picking, Packing and Despatching of all Techware customer orders in a timely and professional manner. You will be team player, who is good at multi-tasking and using your initiative, to implement cost saving measures and ensuring the warehouse operates in an efficient manner at all times.*You must hold a current Forklift licence.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise, Maintain and Organize Warehouse
- Pick, Pack and Dispatch customer orders using Forklift and Wave Stock picker
- Manage Goods Receiving
- Comparison and negotiation of freight rates with Freight Companies
- Invoicing and Consignment note processing
- Customer service on telephone and face to face when necessary
- Marketing and Telemarketing
- Maintenance and upkeep of all Forklifts, Picking Platforms and machinery
