Join our team as a Receiving Team Leader

Are you a natural leader with a passion for warehouse operations? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Receiving Team Leader at our Penrith region location in NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our busy Receiving Department, ensuring accurate and timely processes with maximum efficiency.

**Your new role**- Supervise and coach the receiving and replenishment team members- Manage the flow of goods from truck to shelf- Maintain inventory integrity and compliance- Promote and enforce a world-class safety culture- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

**What you'll need to succeed**- Strong commitment to safety- Leadership experience in a busy warehouse environment- Current forklift licence with extensive high reach experience- Ability to remain calm under pressure- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg- Excellent communication skills and punctuality- Willingness to undergo necessary checks and obtain a valid Working with Children Check
