**The Opportunity**

The PCYC is seeking a

The position is responsible for system management, administration and transfer of data, managing change, and providing data, insight and process support for fundraising programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Improve and maintain systems and processes as it pertains to reporting and insights such as campaign data management
- Importing and maintaining data within Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Provide ongoing training, support and best practice guidance to all members of the Fundraising team
- Ensure CRM operations comply with all data privacy legislation and industry best practice
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for all relevant processes
- Manage the gathering of data and all requirements associated to each month’s bank reconciliation process
- Design, implement and lead fundraising business intelligence and data analysis systems and processes to improve fundraising performance
- Own the identification of donor trends, acquisition, attrition, retention, and associated ROI
- Lead data visualisation, dashboarding and reporting
- Use business analysis experience to define fundraising needs and develop solutions
- Own all segmentation modelling and leverage any pre-existing tools/vendors for additional support where required
- Support all fundraising campaign and event setup, including tracking, website data capture, insights and analysis

**Skills and Attributes**
- In-depth experience and knowledge of Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Previous experience in the use of performance business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret and visualise large and complex data sets
- Experience working with, and improving functionality of fundraising CRMs and understanding the complexities of managing data in a multi-site environment
- Practical experience developing and delivering fundraising data management strategy
- An understanding of individual/regular giving programmes and campaigns
- Collaborative experience, able to work across teams to motivate and leverage performance
- Minimum 5 years business experience, working with or for significant regional or national organisations
- Ability to multi-task both independently and as part of a team
- Proven skills in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Passion for making a difference to at risk and disadvantaged youth
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills

**Essential**
- Knowledge and experience of Fundraising marketing and campaign development
- For purpose organisational experience
- Python (Pandas and Numpy) and SQL experience or desire to learn
