**Role Summary**

Our charity client is looking for an organised and driven individual to assist in the coordination and organisation of their signature physical fundraising event. You will source, book, and deliver logístical components of this event which takes place in Melbourne and Sydney. You will also provide administration support to the team across other multiple events and projects.

You will enjoy sinking your teeth into all aspects of event management including managing suppliers and working with agencies, reading contracts, booking accommodation, co-ordinating event logistics and volunteer management.

You will be working in a small team so you must be proactive, forward-thinking and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with external agencies to support the design and delivery of volunteer events
- Support with volunteer recruitment plans and engagement journeys
- Stock Management of event collateral as well as working to develop and design digital collateral
- Support event manager with coordination of personnel including incident management, scheduling, and event documents
- Booking event staff accommodation, flights, event vehicles and catering
- General administration and assistance to the whole team as required
- Maintain database records, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

**Skills & Attributes**
- Experience in fundraising is highly regarded but not a requirement
- Strong experience in events or project management
- Experience working collaboratively with external suppliers
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
- Identify continues improvement of processes
- Exceptional multitasker and ability to navigate conflicting priorities
- Adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment
