**About the Client**:
Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) is all in for kids’ health. They exist to promote charitable investment in the prevention and management of childhood illness, with a focus on kids and families receiving treatment or care in services provided by NSW’s network of children’s hospitals and paediatric health services. The SCHF ethos is to help all sick kids, no matter where, no matter what.

**About the Role**:
Do you love data? Well, you’re in luck as you’ll be required to provide top level analytics and insights to support the fundraising objectives at SCHF. You will be required to wear multiple hats including responsibilities of database administration (Salesforce) and helping at events by managing technology to take donations.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide CRM Support (Salesforce) for marketing and fundraising projects
- Assist with testing of new functionality and release changes
- Building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and completing data loads (Dataloader Skyvia)
- Tagging into Salesforce and managing the Autopilot tool
- Lead the Data team to success and bring ideas and improvements to the table
- Deliver presentations of data from a diverse range of fundraising events
- Act as an internal consultant and project partner responsible for expanding the data science capabilities internally at SCHF
- Prepare regular analysis and reports for the Data Scientist, DEX Teams and other stakeholders as required

**You will bring**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce
- Proven ability to problem solve and advanced analytical skill
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated capacity to develop authentic relationships and lead teams
- Previous experience in a technology or data role, in a commercial or not-for-profit
- Experience with AutoPilot/ Ortto
- You can support SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
