Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports the emotional wellbeing of
expectant and new parents to ensure those in need receive timely, appropriate, and specialist care.

About the role:
The Digital and Community Fundraising Coordinator is required to coordinate and implement a range of digital
marketing, fundraising and campaign initiatives to support the Digital and Community Fundraising Director and the
successful outcomes of organisational digital and community fundraising strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Digital and Community Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for fundraising and donor care, website support,
campaign and event coordination, fundraising reporting, CRM support, administration support, coordination of the
volunteer program to support the Volunteer Manager, and support of the First Nations committee. The role
reports to the Digital and Community Fundraising Director

Fundraising and Donor Care
- Provide support to the Digital and Community Fundraising Director for all individual giving
- Coordinate and implement the GFA donor care strategy including reporting and notifying the CEO’s EA

weekly of donor calls for donations over $250
- Prepare and send donor thank you letters fortnightly
- Coordinate and deliver fortnightly donor care calls for all donations under $250
- Lead the administration of the Gidget Collective regular giving program including donor care, welcome calls

and welcome packs delivered within 48 hours of sign up, and upgrade calls
- Support the Digital and Community Fundraising Director with administration of the Funraisin platform and

take the lead on continuous improvement of all campaigns including new campaign ideas such as Birthday
Fundraisers
- Coordinate all Funraisin reporting
- Coordinate and fulfil all online shop orders
- Act as the initial contact for community fundraiser enquires which come into the Foundation

Website
- Upload newsletters, media releases and news stories to the website
- Support the Digital and Community Fundraising Director as needed across the website
- Support where needed on the Intranet/Gidranet
- Provide support as needed on the new GFA website development project

Campaign and Event Coordination
- Coordinate and implement campaigns including _Have a Yarn for Gidget_, _Go Red for Gidget_, _Bun in the Oven_

and
_PMHW_ with strategic lead from the Digital and Community Fundraising Director including maintaining
detailed WIP process documents for all campaigns
- Assist with digital communication of all GFA events including Gidget Ladies’ Lunch to further increase brand

awareness and fundraising outcomes

Support for Financial Management and Reporting
- Download GFA Funraisin/Stripe reports on a monthly basis for the finance team
- Prepare and maintain accurate fundraising reports as required by the Digital and Community Fundraising

Director and the CEO
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Create and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and Pardot and utilise the systems for donor care
- Provide ongoing administration and support of the Salesforce CRM as a super user
- Coordinate Pardot campaign lists with the Marketing Director and GFA graphic designers
- Administration Support- Volunteer Newsletter and Support- Coordinate the quarterly volunteer newsletter including working with the graphic designers on the Pardot
- design and deployment- Support the Volunteer Manager with communication and onboarding of new volunteers and the general

promotion of volunteering with the Foundation

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years fundraising experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) is desirable
- Experience with the Funraisin platform
- Be able to engage and build relationships with donors and supporters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as closely with the team and Director

FTE:
This position will be five days located at Gidget House North Sydney with occasional flexibility.
