**Full Time - Remote (based within Australia)**

**_ Core functions of this role will include:_**
- Managing a national client base of your own who are happy to have their orders taken via telesales.
- Selling in special offers and promotions.
- Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with new and existing clients.
- Follow-up and qualify leads from web enquiries, marketing campaigns, and other activities.
- Pursue lead generation through call prospecting and qualification.
- Working with key salons and existing field-based Sales Executives on growing and developing their businesses.

**_Skills & Experience _**
- Previous demonstrated field sales or telemarketing experience (min 2 years).
- Excellent phone manner and high levels of communication (verbal and written)
- Hair/beauty category experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Strong software experience and use with MS Office.
- Excellent customer development ability.
- Business acumen and financial agility.
- Ability to meet sales KPI’s and budgets
