Options Consulting Group is proud to partner with a leading travel-tech company that is redefining the way people explore the world. We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven Travel Concierge – Sales Consultant to guide customers and travel agents in designing extraordinary travel experiences.

Responsibilities

- Engage with travel agents & direct customers to create bespoke trips
- Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings with expert guidance
- Work in a collaborative, high-energy team redefining travel
- Report into the Head of Travel Concierge and be the key point of contact for customers and travel agents, helping them design personalised travel experiences
- Manage inbound leads and guide each traveller through the booking process
- Build rapport, communicate effectively, and offer expert advice to convert enquiries into confirmed trips
- Contribute to optimising sales processes, keep up with industry trends, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for every customer

Qualifications / What we are looking for

You are passionate about travel and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a sales-driven environment and are motivated by meeting targets while building strong relationships with customers and travel agents. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and provide tailored recommendations makes you a trusted advisor in the travel planning process. You are adaptable, proactive, and open to continuous learning, always looking for ways to improve and enhance the customer journey.
