**Overview**

Ultimate Driving Tours (Soon to be HunterMoss Luxury Journeys) is a boutique luxury travel company dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences around the globe, for discerning guests from around the world. We curate small group tours and bespoke travel journeys that embody luxury, exclusivity, and impeccable service from beginning to end.

We are seeking a passionate, people and service oriented person to join our dynamic international team as a Guest Experience Manager. In this role you will work with the wider concierge team to assist with sales, as well as working with confirmed guests to finalise their documentation and travel plans, as well as to finesse and tailor their upcoming journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the experience of guests in the lead up to their journey
- Creating contracts and other administrative documentation for guests
- Invoicing, reconciling payments and other basic accounting duties
- Collating and updating important information for our guest database
- Supporting our Travel Concierge (Sales) team, including assisting with inbound sales enquiries
- Working across multiple software programs including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Xero, Active Campaign, Stripe, and other online programs
- General wider business administration tasks

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience in customer service-based roles
- A high emotional intelligence, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the wider team
- Capabilities to develop new and adapt existing systems and processes within a business
- Proficiency in core software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), as well as being tech-savvy and adaptable to software that may be new to you (Active Campaign, PandaDoc, Xero, Trello and more)
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting would be highly regarded, as would soft sales experience or travel/luxury services or products experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
