Options Consulting Group is proud to partner with a leading travel-tech company that is redefining the way people explore the world. We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven Travel Concierge – Sales Consultant to guide customers and travel agents in designing extraordinary travel experiences.

Responsibilities

- Engage with travel agents & direct customers to create bespoke trips
- Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings with expert guidance
- Work in a collaborative, high-energy team redefining travel
- Reporting into the Head of Travel Concierge, you will be the key point of contact for customers and travel agents, helping them design personalised travel experiences. You will manage inbound leads and work closely with each traveller, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while guiding them through the booking process.

Qualifications / What you will do

Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and offer expert advice will be critical in converting enquiries into confirmed trips. You will also contribute to optimising sales processes, keeping up with industry trends, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

You are passionate about travel and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a sales-driven environment and are motivated by meeting targets while building strong relationships with customers and travel agents. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and provide tailored recommendations makes you a trusted advisor in the travel planning process. You are adaptable, proactive, and open to continuous learning, always looking for ways to improve and enhance the customer journey.
