The concierge assistant's role will involve:

- Confidently hosting and providing excellent customer service to local and international VIPs, clients and visitors
- Addressing local and international client needs efficiently and effectively over the phone and in written format
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating and hosting internal and customer relations activities and events
- Providing administrative support to the Customer Relations team
- Managing various internal stakeholder processes and providing ad-hoc support to other divisions.

**Description**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Proficient bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin), both written and verbal
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competent in working with Microsoft Office Suite.
