As the Studio Concierge you will provide a consistent luxury customer experience while meeting key business targets such as sales, lead generation, and brand standards in our Melbourne Studio. You will focus on maintaining a high-end retail environment through attention to detail, effective lead generation and cross collaboration with the Showcase Sales Team. The Studio Concierge plays a key role in driving business growth by being commercially minded, results-driven, and acting as a role model for Genesis Motors Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience, focusing on a welcoming, luxurious environment.
• Uphold Genesis brand standards in all aspects of Studio operations. 
• Achieve and exceed sales and lead generation targets, contributing to overall business success. 
• Ensure Genesis Retail products and displays are maintained to high standards.
• Generate quality inquiry that can be converted into genuine workable leads and provide all relevant information to Studio and Showcase sales consultants to drive overall monthly target success
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide customer prospect support including CRM Management, price/parts/accessories offering, contract consultation, general sales tasks and delivery 
• Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this includes working closely with other team members on operational and business needs
• Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunity for lead generation

You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand. 

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role within luxury retail or hospitality industry. 
• Ability to provide a luxury customer experience through all customer touch points whether it's in-person, on the phone or by email.
• You thrive in a team environment and are not afraid to put your hand up and help the team to achieve overall objectives. 
• Full valid Australian Driver's licence.
